Each of our Artists (seller) has their own return policy. If you are having an issue with any of our Artists (seller), please do contact us and we will try to help in resolving the issue.
How to return or exchange a product
1. Contact us and let us know, please give us a reason why you wish to exchange/return the product.
2. After we have agreed on the exchange / return package the item up and send it back to the Artist (seller), we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.
3. As the Artist’s (seller’s) payment agent, we process the refund directly to your account in no more than 30 days
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it is faulty, before you have spoken to us and we have agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.
