We will let you know via e-mail when the artist (seller) aims to dispatch your item(s) once they receive your order. If you want more information about the delivery status for a product that you have already ordered, please get in touch with us. Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (e.g. bad weather, postal strikes). If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible. We do ask for your patience if this happens – we’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you. Once your order is on its way, we will be in touch again to let you know when you should expect it.

Non EU Europe, please allow ten (10) working days from dispatch
USA & Canada, please allow ten (10) working days from dispatch
Rest of the world, please allow fourteen (14) working days after dispatch
